Job summary

HeartFlow, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate cross-functional product development programs at the program level, prioritizing projects and resources to align with business goals.

You will lead multi-project planning, manage dependencies, and communicate plans, while ensuring audits, traceability, and compliance. SaMD/software experience is preferred; a hybrid work model is available in the SF Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of experience; software/medical industries preferred.
• Experience with regulated SaaS products and/or SaMD is preferred.
• Track record of delivering complex programs on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Point person for multiple cross-functional projects with clear ownership.
• Lead detailed planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects.
• Coordinate dependencies and communicate plans across teams.
• Represent project managers in audits and ensure traceability and compliance.
• Drive improvement and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
