Job summary
Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise/ Solutions Architect to lead multi-domain architecture across Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, or Governance & Trust.
You will align business problems with technical capabilities and stay engaged through delivery to ensure results. You will collaborate with pre/post sales teams, influence senior stakeholders, and apply AI tooling to build scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture, with direct experience influencing senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with AI tooling to build solutions, learn new skills, and be more efficient with your job.
- Fluency across Salesforce platform or adjacent technology relevant to your focus area.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture across one or two domains (Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, or Governance & Trust).
- Collaborate with pre/post sales teams to map business problems to capabilities.
- Archive domain-specific guidance to ensure delivery lands and is not just a recommendation.
- Resolve platform-fit ambiguity and route work to the correct domain.
- Maintain customer-centric and technically sound architecture narratives.
