Job summary

RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a national building services organization to hire a Sales Support Specialist. This role supports outside sales to develop cost-effective proposals for repair work, manages EWAs, ensures data accuracy, and provides essential administrative support for customer satisfaction and operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for accurate estimates, maintaining work requests, and uploading information to SharePoint.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years related experience (HVAC, estimating or parts/counter sales).
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word and PDF apps.
• Strong data entry with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with outside sales to produce timely quotes and proposals.
• Coordinate inputs from internal teams for estimates and proposals.
• Maintain current work requests using Excel and file management in the database.
• Upload and maintain information on SharePoint for team visibility.
• Gather vendor cost information and route EWAs for approvals.
• Assist Account Managers with job setup and communication to dispatchers.
• Provide general administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Support.
• Maintain confidentiality and customer service across all activities.
• Take on additional sales support duties as assigned.
