Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience, which may include commercial HVAC, estimating, or parts/counter sales.
• Exceptional accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with outside sales to produce quotes and proposals.
• Maintain accurate file management within the quoted work database.
• Provide general administrative support to Account Managers.
