Supermicro's Sales Support team is looking to add a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to assist one of our Sales teams in managing customers and their orders.

This position serves as a liaison across internal departments, provides product information to customers, and supports daily sales order processing and data entry. If you have a passion for sales and a proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, Supermicro wants you on our team.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Experience in data entry, scheduling production and tracking orders.
• A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture.
• Must have strong and effective professional communication skills written, speaking, and presentation.
• Experience in customer service and dealing with clients directly, problem solving skills a must.
• Work well in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sales account maintenance and provide technical and administrative product information.
• Process daily sales orders and data entry.
• Coordinate with internal departments and liaise with customers.
• Monitor inventory and follow up ETA with purchasers.
• Enter, monitor, and communicate order status with clients.
• Provide reports for clients.
• Assist supervisor and team members as back-up.
