Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the technology industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience with data entry, production scheduling, and order tracking.
• Strong professional communication skills, including phone, email, written, verbal, and presentation abilities; able to work across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated customer service experience with issue resolution.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales support team and provide necessary training.
• Provide resolution to escalated inquiries from customers.
• Maintain sales accounts, provide product information, and handle clerical tasks.
• Monitor inventory and follow up ETA with purchasers.
• Liaise between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics.
• Coordinate intra-company projects between sales and non-sales teams.
• Enter and track orders, manage credit issues and returns.
• Develop strong customer service relationships and produce client reports.
• Act as back-up for the manager and team members.
