Job summary

Johnson Controls in New York seeks a Sales Support Administrator to manage order processing and booking within 30 days, acting as the main contact for sales to resolve gaps in order data, master data, and billing details.

You will work with branch sellers, review proposals and contracts, create ERP customer records, obtain certificates, support compliance, and participate in weekly progress calls and monthly performance reviews with sales leaders.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years related order processing, office management, AR, AP and/or credit.
• Proficiency in Windows environment, including e-mail and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making ability.
• Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Paralegal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Booking motions – Processing Orders from Customers to JCI through branch sellers.
• Review Booking Checklist for each job.
• Create/Align Accurate Customer Master and New Customer creation in ERP.
• Obtain Certificates including Insurance and Tax Exempt Certificates.
• Initiate Legal Review and ensure DOA process and government compliance.
