Job summary

Plug Power Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Key Account Coordinator to support our field sales team with pricing, proposals, and purchase orders.

The role emphasizes analytics, strong communication, and efficient administrative tasks to drive customer success. You will collaborate with sales, operations and other departments, ensuring accurate CRM data, timely order processing and delivery, and clear documentation of pricing scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or associate's degree required in business, marketing, communications or related field with an additional 2 years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in sales, sales operations, marketing, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities with attention to detail; capable of managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate across the business.
• Communicate with internal project teams to clarify expectations and meet commitments.
• Provide sales team support for proposals and pricing that demonstrate value and structure.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership outlining progress toward goals.
• Advise sales on customer-specific pricing; maintain pricing documentation and archives.
• Ensure CRM data is accurate and complete.
• Review and process purchase orders with correct terms and pricing.
• Complete paperwork from start to finish of the sale and ensure delivery dates meet expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales and operations and inform demand planning to meet revenue targets.
• Assist internal partners with customer sales transactions.
• Represent Plug Power professionally in all interactions and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
