Job summary

Plug Power Inc. is seeking a on-site Key Account Coordinator to support field sales with pricing, proposals, and purchase orders. The role emphasizes analytical and administrative skills and requires effective communication with internal teams and customers.

This non-exempt hourly position prioritizes Salesforce and Microsoft Office proficiency, collaboration across departments, and timely execution of sales documentation to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or associate’s degree required with an additional 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Two (2) years of relevant work experience in sales, sales operations, marketing, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships and collaborate with internal teams to meet commitments.
• Support sales with presentations and proposals showing value and commercial structure.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for internal leaders on progress toward department goals.
