The ideal candidate will have robust software skills (Salesforce and MS Office), attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering timely results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years in sales, sales operations, marketing, finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel and Salesforce proficiency; MS Office suite experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across the business.
• Support sales with presentations, proposals, and pricing documentation.
• Process purchase orders and ensure terms, pricing, and paperwork are correct.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and generate reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align demand planning and forecasting.
