Job summary

Plug Power is seeking a detail-oriented Key Account Coordinator to support our field sales team with pricing, proposals, processing purchase orders, and a range of administrative tasks essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and revenue momentum.

You will collaborate across sales, operations and finance to ensure pricing accuracy, prepare compelling proposals, maintain CRM data integrity, and monitor order status from quote to delivery while communicating clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism.
• Experience in sales operations or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.com (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships across the business.
• Provide sales team with support for presentations and proposals.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for internal leaders.
• Advise on customer pricing; maintain pricing documentation and archives.
• Review and process purchase orders; ensure terms, pricing, and delivery dates are met.
• Collaborate to align sales and operations for accurate demand planning and forecasting.
• Represent Plug Power professionally in all interactions.
