Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years T&M or EPS products and applications.
• Minimum of 5 years in a progressive leadership position.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems; Infor CSD experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support leadership for TestEquity’s customers.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead coaching and training to the team to improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal/external leaders to optimize processes and opportunities for growth.
• Drive account growth and revenue through value-based selling and strong customer engagement.
