Job summary

TestEquity LLC is seeking a Sales Support Manager to lead a team of sales support supervisors and customer service representatives. The role focuses on developing strategically priced quotes, customer communications, and order placement through the ERP, while driving sales growth and opportunity identification.

You will partner with internal partners and sales leaders to align strategies, optimize engagement, and support initiatives.

Qualifications

4+ years in T&M or EPS products and applications.
5+ years in a progressive leadership role.
Proficient with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems; Infor CSD a plus.
Passion for learning about customers/prospect needs and solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional sales support leadership for TestEquity's business customers.
Monitor KPIs and adjust staffing to ensure all SLAs are met.
Hold team accountable to established service metrics.
Build a positive work environment that aligns with Culture of Accountability.
Perform QC of work and provide training and coaching to team.
Collaborate with internal and external leadership to maximize customer ROI and drive growth.
Drive year over year account growth and sales revenue increases.
Provide ERP system support and resources to resolve issues and boost productivity.
