Job summary

TestEquity LLC is seeking a Sales Support Manager to lead a team of sales support Supervisors and Customer Service Representatives who back TestEquity's business segments. This role focuses on strategically pricing quotes, guiding customer communications, and ensuring accurate ERP-driven order entry while partnering with sales leaders to optimize engagement and drive revenue opportunities.

The position demands urgency, leadership, and a sales-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years T&M or EPS products and applications.
Minimum of 5 years in a progressive leadership position.
Computer knowledge i.e., MS Office, ERP/CRM system usage. Infor CSD experience a plus.
Passion for learning about customers/prospect needs and solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional sales support leadership for TestEquity's business customers.
Monitor KPIs and adjust staffing to ensure all SLAs are met.
Hold team accountable to established service metrics.
Build a positive work environment that aligns with Culture of Accountability.
Perform QC of work and provide training and coaching to team members.
Partner with internal and external leadership to optimize processes and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners to maximize customers return on investment.
