Job summary

TestEquity LLC is seeking a Sales Support Manager to lead a team of sales support supervisors and customer service representatives. The role focuses on pricing strategy, customer communications, and order processing through the ERP system to drive revenue growth.

Collaboration with internal and external leaders is essential to align strategies and optimize customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

4+ years in T&M or EPS products and applications.
5+ years in progressive leadership roles.
Strong MS Office and ERP/CRM usage.
Passion for learning about customer needs and solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional sales support leadership for TestEquity's customers.
Monitor KPIs and adjust staffing to meet SLAs.
Lead team accountability to service metrics.
Foster a positive work environment aligned with accountability.
Coaching and QC of team output to ensure quality.
Collaborate with internal/external leaders to optimize processes and opportunities.
Support sales growth through strategic account planning and value propositions.
Provide ERP system support and resources to boost team productivity.
Ensure cross-product line selling across TestEquity brands.
