Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in T&M or EPS products and applications.
• 5+ years in progressive leadership role.
• Proficient with MS Office; ERP/CRM systems; Infor CSD a plus.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving.

• Provide exceptional sales support leadership for TestEquity’s business customers.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust staffing to meet SLAs.
• Hold team accountable to service metrics.
• Build a positive work environment aligned with Culture of Accountability.
• Perform QC and coach team members.
• Partner with internal and external leadership to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Facilitate strategic account planning and development of new growth opportunities.
• Drive year over year account growth and sales revenue increases.
• Provide ERP system support and resources to resolve system issues.
• Support goal of being a Single Source Provider for customers.
