Qualifications

• Project management skills for B2B interactions.
• Strong MS Office and ERP/MRP skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages sales support processes and support activities for assigned relationships.
• Reviews incoming proposal (new/growth RFPs/RFIs and proactive quotes) for strategic and capabilities match and prepares contracts for approval and delivery.
• Liaises with functional or operational area managers to ensure that sales administration activities are integrated with other parts of the business.
• Oversees smaller customer relationships and sales orders and contracts to maintain positive customer relations.
• Monitors the status of sales administration activities to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve performance.
