Job summary

AAON, Inc. in Tulsa, OK seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead cross-system initiatives spanning Sales, Engineering, and IT.

You will govern data flows, integration requirements, and end-to-end processes across Teamcenter, SAP, Dynamics 365, and related systems, ensuring cohesive enterprise delivery in Azure DevOps. You'll coordinate with Product Owners and technical teams, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and ensure traceability from intake to release while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
5+ years in business systems analysis or enterprise applications delivery.
Experience across ERP, CRM, and PLM ecosystems.
Strong ability to gather and align requirements across multiple teams.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis for cross-application initiatives spanning Sales and Engineering systems.
Define and align end-to-end business processes across systems and data flows.
Identify and document integration requirements and data interactions across platforms.
Define and maintain standards for cross-system data structures.
Govern ADO backlog structure and coordinate backlog alignment across teams.
Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and liaise with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, IT.
Support cross-system testing, validation, and release readiness.
Maintain documentation for integrations and data flows.
