Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of work experience; knowledge of gear motors, electric motors and drives a plus.
• Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions and work with multiple variables.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates the design and release to production of products.
• Analyzes and interprets engineering data for products and components.
• Collaborates with manufacturing engineering for tooling requirements and cost estimates.
• Develops and presents technical information to aid strategic planning.
• Plans and develops experimental test programs; analyzes data to verify design specifications.
• Works with production and engineering staff to resolve design/manufacturing issues.
• Coordinates with other engineering and customer personnel to ensure project completion.
