Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Sales Support professional to join our GPS Global Corporate Sales team in New York. You will drive strategic alignment, create insightful dashboards, and deliver materials for senior leadership.

You will translate data into actionable insights for pipeline trends and overall business performance. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, maintain executive reporting, and support risk/compliance initiatives, while leveraging AI-enabled automation to streamline

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a sales support role.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skill.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize data into insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple project and deadlines.
• Generative AI proficiency, AI enabled workflow automation (desired).

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Strategy/Business Support Office within GPS Global Corporate Sales organization.
• Deliver on the global sales strategy, including growth initiatives, client coverage, and operational efficiency.
• Track progress against strategic goals and key performance indicators.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Support global and regional projects, ensuring alignment across business units.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance management reporting, dashboards and scorecards for sales leadership.
• Provide analysis and insights on pipeline, client trends, and overall business performance.
• Coordinate executive updates, town halls, quarterly business reviews, and senior leadership calls.
• Assist in risk and compliance initiatives, including SIAI, Audit Reviews, and Sales forms validation.
• Monitor adherence to policies and elevate issues where appropriate.
• Streamline processes to improve efficiencies.
• Partner with Treasury Sales Executives and key partners to align on business priorities.
