Jobtailor in Morris Plains, NJ is seeking an administrative and strategic support professional to back the Corporate Development team. You will assist with market research, analytics, and the execution of strategic initiatives and transactions to advance executive priorities.

This role involves creating AI-enhanced insights, developing executive presentations, coordinating cross‑functional activities, and maintaining branding standards across dashboards and reports for Board and leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in business development, strategy, marketing, finance, executive support, or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, or comparable productivity and collaboration tools.
Ability to prepare presentations, manage data, coordinate communications, and support cross-functional teams.
Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar productivity platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative, analytical, and project support to the Corporate Development team.
Help execute strategic initiatives, transactions, and executive priorities.
Support the Chief Development Officer and broader team in coordinating business development activities.
Conduct market, industry, customer, and competitor research.
Prepare reports and dashboards with key findings and recommendations.
Create AI-generated insights, summaries, presentations, and content while ensuring accuracy and quality.
