Qualifications

• Seven to ten years in business/operational strategy, planning and analysis.
• Deep understanding of interrelationships among disciplines.
• Expert knowledge of data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis and operations research.
• Strong in research, analytics, critical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to convert complex requests into structured work plans and timelines.
• Proficient with typical office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Align business operations with the credit union's mission and goals through strategy, planning, and execution
• Evaluate business data and conduct analyses and reporting to identify challenges, opportunities, risks, and dependencies
• Provide solutions and recommendations to complex business problems using quantitative analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and process measurement
• Convert ambiguous requests into structured work plans, deliverables, timelines, decision points, and next steps
• Develop advanced statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict future business performance
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and innovation opportunities
• Support implementation of business solutions by partnering with stakeholders and driving execution from intake through completion
• Create concise, executive-ready communications, status updates, recommendations, decision points, risks, and escalation paths
• Assess internal business process requirements for cross-team integration and strategic alignment
• Maintain project plans, action logs, timelines, issue and risk tracking, stakeholder communications, and follow-up routines
• Report to a VP or other functional executive
