Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools for reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is valued.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake is valued.
• Understanding of sales operations, forecasting, or territory management is valued.
• Experience supporting B2B or commercial sales teams is valued.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams is valued.
• Position not eligible for US visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to provide reporting, analysis, and operational support that improves sales effectiveness
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret sales and operational data using internal and external sources
• Identify trends, data discrepancies, and process gaps, and provide recommendations
• Maintain and support sales reporting tools, dashboards, KPIs, and data sources
• Assist in developing reports and analyses related to sales performance, customer trends, pipeline activity, and product performance
• Support forecasting, territory planning, account assignment, and target-setting activities
• Contribute to CRM, reporting, and process improvement projects through requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and user support
• Investigate routine business and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions
• Provide analytical support for business initiatives and special projects
• Assist with training, documentation, and user adoption of sales processes, reporting tools, and CRM capabilities
• Maintain data quality standards and support operational efficiency and reporting accuracy
