Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to drive growth with small to mid-size customers and distribute products effectively.

You will manage large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build key relationships across organizations through meetings, calls, and emails. The role emphasizes generating leads, defining territories, and delivering insights through sales analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and guide decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
