Job summary

Paychex is seeking a strategic leader to plan and execute divisional sales initiatives approved by senior leadership. You will drive KPI performance and manage a matrix team across internal sales support and partners to deliver key initiatives.

You will analyze KPIs, optimize sales coverage, and collaborate with HR/Sales leaders to drive process improvements and talent strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management/sales experience with deep knowledge of Sales and HR Outsourcing.
• 1 year of experience leading a matrix team or in project management.
• Expert knowledge of Human Capital Management and HR Outsourcing offerings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates a collaborative matrix team of internal sales support and partners to execute divisional sales initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs on key sales initiatives to measure progress against success criteria.
• Consults with Senior Leadership on measures to improve sales processes, incentives, and performance.
• Provide guidance for strategy planning through sales data, insights, and competitive intelligence.
