• Provide strategic recommendations to field sales teams based on forecasts and market data.
• Equip Customer Sales Leads with tools, insights and reporting.
• Drive annual Planning Cycle to deliver guidance to Sales Field in a timely manner.
• Develop understanding of monthly and annual forecasting cycle, milestones, stakeholders, and software apps.
• Contribute to Annual Operating Plan and trade fund allocation processes.
• Collaborate with field sales to evaluate and optimize promotional plans within guardrails.
