Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Analyst - Sales Operations to turn data into actionable insights. This fully remote position prefers Mountain or Pacific Time Zones to support business needs.

You will prepare and distribute sales performance reports, build Power BI solutions, and partner with sales leaders on territory alignment and quotas. A Bachelor's degree and Excel experience are required, with 2+ years in analytics preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, finance, data analytics, or a related analytical function preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual sales performance reports and operational metrics for leadership.
• Develop and support Power BI reporting solutions to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales leaders on reporting, territory alignment, and compensation needs.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies to improve reporting accuracy.
• Contribute to design, testing, implementation, and monitoring of new processes and technology solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing, data validation, and system deployments.
• Maintain sales territories, accounts, and quota data within business systems.
• Train users on reporting tools and new processes to drive adoption.
