Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Strategic Enablement Analyst to translate pricing, contract, and market data into actionable insights that influence commercial strategy and performance. This role collaborates across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support pricing planning and improve business processes.

You will build dashboards, develop financial models, and lead process improvements, with 10% travel. Remote work option is available, aligning with Stryker’s flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 6 years of professional work experience
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Understanding of basic financial concepts and processes related to sales, marketing, operations, and/or finance
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, finance, contract management, or operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of financial concepts, business performance metrics, and commercial operations

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing reports, dashboards, and analytics to support commercial decision-making
• Develop financial models to evaluate pricing performance, revenue impact, contract outcomes, market trends, and forecasts
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support annual pricing planning and align pricing strategies with financial objectives
• Analyze customer, sales, contract, and pricing data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and recommendations
• Generate data-driven insights and present findings to support strategic decisions
• Serve as a point of contact for pricing data requests across business functions
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in pricing, sales, and marketing operations
• Create and maintain performance reporting tools, methodologies, and frameworks for tracking pricing and business results
