Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Analyst - Sales Operations to turn data into actionable insights, support sales leadership, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

This fully remote role prefers Mountain or Pacific Time Zones; responsibilities include reporting, BI development with Power BI, territory and quota data maintenance, and collaborating with sales teams to align rewards and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• 2+ years of professional experience in sales operations, finance, accounting, data analytics, or a related analytical business function.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and reporting platforms.
• Experience participating in system implementations, testing, or process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly and annual sales performance reports, awards reporting, and operational metrics for sales leadership.
• Develop and support reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with sales leaders and field teams to address reporting, territory alignment, sales compensation, and operational requests.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies to improve reporting accuracy and maintain system integrity.
• Participate in the design, testing, implementation, and monitoring of new business processes and technology solutions.
• Execute and support user acceptance testing, data validation, and system implementations to ensure successful deployment.
• Maintain and update sales territories, customer account assignments, and sales quota data within business systems.
• Train and support users on reporting tools, system enhancements, and new operational processes to drive adoption and efficiency.

• US5 : $67,600 - $99,100 USD Annual
• US10 : $70,800 - $103,800 USD Annual
• US15 : $74,100 - $108,600 USD Annual
• US20 : $77,300 - $113,300 USD Annual
• US30 : $83,700 - $122,700 USD Annual
