Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager in Tampa to drive seamless day-to-day execution across Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercialization. You will coordinate projects, support plant trials, and ensure customer requirements are met with accuracy and accountability.

This role requires 7–10+ years in CPG sales or sales operations, strong cross-functional collaboration, and ERP/CRM experience. Travel 10–30% to Refresco and customer sites may be involved.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in CPG sales, sales operations, manufacturing, or related commercial role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for daily execution of customer needs, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, R&D, Commercialization, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and Regulatory.
• Support Account Managers with tactical execution, issue resolution, and detailed operational updates.
• Ensure customer communication is happening related to production status, materials, timelines, and deliverables.
