Qualifications

20+ years of operations management experience in multi-site or regional leadership.
Experience in beverage, food, or highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide operational transformations.

Responsibilities

Lead three North American regions with clear ownership for outcomes.
Drive enterprise strategy and disciplined execution across the manufacturing network.
Build scalable operating systems for consistent performance and accountability.
Partner with cross-functional executives to improve total business performance.
Lead RMS and drive continuous improvement across plants and regions.
Oversee capital investments and asset governance with ROI focus.
Travel up to 40–60% to support facilities and leadership engagement.
