Job summary

Paychex, a leading provider of payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services, seeks a strategic leader to drive divisional sales initiatives in Irving, TX. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze KPIs, and advise senior leadership on improving sales processes and performance.

Ideal candidates have 3 years in sales/management with HCM knowledge, plus 1 year leading matrix teams. Base pay ranges from $83,400 to $131,000 annually, with additional rewards based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of management/sales experience with knowledge of Human Capital Management offerings.
• 1 year leading a matrix team or project management experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Management experience and related leadership skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate matrix team of internal sales support and corporate partners to execute divisional sales initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs to measure progress against defined success criteria.
• Advise Senior Leadership on measures to drive performance and optimize sales processes.
• Provide guidance on strategy planning via data-driven insights and competitive intelligence.
• Optimize sales coverage and distribution through territory assessment and growth forecasting.
• Collaborate with HR on talent acquisition, onboarding excellence, and sales training.
• Recommend policy improvements aligned to Paychex values and future state vision.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional practices; drive continuous process improvement.
• Lead DSM round tables and share best practices with first-year DSMs.
• Analyze districts to identify trends and opportunities in DSM management operations.
