Job summary

Paychex is seeking a strategic leader to plan and drive key divisional sales initiatives. You will coordinate a matrix team of sales support and internal partners, analyze KPIs, and advise senior leadership on measures to improve sales processes and compensation structures.

You will partner with HROD to recruit and retain top sales talent, drive policy improvements, and ensure alignment with Paychex values. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and continuous process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for this leadership role.
• 3 years of management/sales experience with knowledge of Sales and Human Capital Management outsourcing offerings.
• 1 year of experience leading a matrix team and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a matrix team of internal sales support and corporate partners to execute divisional initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs to measure progress against defined success criteria.
• Advise senior leadership on measures to drive sales performance and compensation enhancements.
• Guide strategy planning using data-driven insights and competitive intelligence.
• Optimize sales coverage and distribution through territory assessment and forecasting.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on talent acquisition, onboarding, and sales training.
• Ensure policy and process compliance with Paychex standards and best practices.
• Build business cases for organizational changes and improvements.
• Work with Sales Enablement on tools to optimize processes.
• Monitor and standardize sales activities across divisions.
