Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 14+ years total experience with 7+ years merchandising and retail leadership.
• Experience with national retailers or manufacturers selling consumer electronics; Proven sales growth.
• Strong operations, merchant, and vendor management experience.
• Proficient in financial analytics and leading finance-backed initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Samsung Experience Stores and retail operations to drive profitable experiences.
• Develop short/long-term assortment strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Oversee forecasting, monthly reporting, and operating plans; coordinate with field and finance teams.
• Provide spend analytics, reporting, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Manage team performance and succession planning; coach direct reports.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external store operators.
