Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Administrative Sales Coordinator to support revenue growth by acting as the operational backbone for our operations, marine and sales functions in Franklin, TN. Under supervision, you will manage communications, pricing and quote administration, support local staff and build strong client relationships.

You will generate and process quotes in Salesforce, align production with customer demand, resolve invoicing issues with billing and credit departments, and maintain records

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in office admin and sales ops (manufacturing, building materials or similar).
• Intermediate/advanced Excel for logging and forecasting required.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize work to supply managers with timely, accurate business information.
• Generate and process quotes in Salesforce; assess discounts and distribute as needed.
• Communicate daily sales projections to plant ops to align production with demand.
• Serve as liaison between sales, production and billing to resolve bottlenecks.
