Job summary

Chief Executive Group seeks a Sales Operations Coordinator to enhance the efficiency of our sales processes and provide critical support to the sales team. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM (Salesforce) data for customers, contacts and opportunities.
• Create sales proposals aligned with client needs and inventory; support Sales Executives with follow-up.
• Manage contracting process, including contracts and CRM tracking.
• Support marketing email campaigns, including email creation, list pulls and analysis of metrics.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of sponsorship brochures and sales collateral.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and data quality.
