Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager in Franklin, TN to lead a regional sales team and drive revenue growth across the North America market. You will develop data-driven commercial strategies, optimize pricing, and collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Performance teams to improve delivery and customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes managing a $100M+ book, building strong customer relationships, and delivering EBITDA improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; business-related field preferred.
• 7+ years in sales, with aggregates, ready-mix, or heavy construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and pipeline management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, pricing discipline, and EBITDA improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales team, set targets, review pipelines and KPIs.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with divisional goals.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and build long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Operations to align production with sales commitments.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, forecast accuracy, and margin performance.
