MDVIP is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales organization with operational, administrative, and analytical duties. You will manage collateral, inventory, CRM data, and physician recruitment events while collaborating with marketing, physician services, data operations, and the survey team.

The role requires strong organizational skills, data accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a service mindset toward

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related business experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, including advanced features.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with a CRM database (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with field sales to identify target markets and support physician recruitment strategies.
• Manage marketing collateral and inventory, liaising with vendors and fulfillment partners.
• Create and maintain invitee/attendee lists for physician recruitment events and track registrations.
• Own the company intranet content library ensuring access to current resources.
• Manage referral processing and related reporting.
• Maintain competitive intelligence documentation to support sales strategy.
• Oversee corporate expenses and cardiac transactions with documentation.
• Maintain the CRM and related tools ensuring data integrity across records.
• Compile and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
• Coordinate physician mailings and direct-mail campaigns; support recruitment events.
