Job summary

MDVIP LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales Operations team in Boca Raton. You will manage collateral, inventory, CRM data, and physician-recruitment activities, while delivering reporting to guide leadership decisions.

The role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to processes and data accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; advanced features like pivot tables and data validation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM databases (Salesforce preferred).
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field sales to identify target markets and support physician recruitment.
• Manage marketing collateral and inventory; coordinate with print vendors and fulfillment partners.
• Build invitee and attendee lists for physician recruitment events; track attendance.
• Own intranet content library; ensure access to current resources for sales reps.
• Manage referral processing and maintain competitive intelligence documentation.
• Maintain CRM data integrity across accounts, territories, and physician records.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
• Coordinate physician mailings and direct-mail campaigns; support recruitment events.
