Job summary

BlueScope is seeking a highly analytical ASC Sales Operations Manager to drive commercial excellence across the sales organization in California. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Product Management and IT to improve forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional execution.

This is a highly visible role that establishes operating rhythms, supports quota deployment and incentive planning, leads the Sales Analyst team, and delivers dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Advanced reporting and dashboard development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain commercial operating rhythms, including pipeline reviews, forecasting routines, account planning, and performance reviews.
• Drive accountability on key sales priorities and growth initiatives.
• Create and improve standard work, management routines, and processes for commercial execution.
• Support quota deployment, incentive planning, compensation reporting, and annual planning.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting for visibility into sales performance and priorities.
• Analyze pipeline, forecast, customer data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to commercial leadership.
• Improve visibility to customer commitments, escalations, and service issues.
• Drive Salesforce adoption, opportunity management, activity tracking, and data quality standards.
• Improve reporting accuracy and consistency across commercial teams.
• Partner with IT to enhance Salesforce, CPQ, reporting tools, and workflow automation.
• Identify process gaps and implement efficiency improvements.
• Lead and develop Sales Analyst role and collaborate across functions.
• Influence stakeholders and drive action without authority.
