Job summary

PowerTec Distribution & Motor Control Corporation seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, lead inside sales, and align sales with engineering and production. The role requires CRM implementation, dashboarding, and strategic sales oversight across B2B channels.

The candidate should have strong experience in warehousing leadership, ERP/CRM (NetSuite preferred), and advanced Excel skills, with a focus on meeting budgets and improving forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience running and supervising warehouses.
• Experience leading and coordinating inside sales teams and field reps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive revenue growth by executing sales strategies and identifying market opportunities.
• Configure CRM by building dashboards to reflect selling strategies and ensure accountability.
• Run weekly quote pipeline reviews with outside representatives to monitor forecast discipline.
• Collaborate with engineering and production managers to maintain the production pipeline.
• Manage day-to-day operations of inside sales, including weekly reviews of quote throughput and RFQ response times.
• Coordinate application engineer support for the sales team.
• Prioritize RFQ, proposal quality and turnaround time for smooth handoff to Operations.
• Deliver weekly sales dashboards and review expenses with the appropriate departments.
• Create and maintain sales and marketing budgets; develop commission reports for outside sales reps.
