Power Technique North America LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and convert new business opportunities that grow revenue, market share, and customer penetration. You will lead development plans, pursue high-potential segments, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive growth.

The role requires 5+ years in technical sales, a engineering/sales/marketing degree, and strong dealer/distributor management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales with a proven sales track record, preferably in oil and gas.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor management and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-potential customers, applications, and markets.
• Develop market development plans to grow revenue, market share, and product penetration.
• Prospect and develop new customers through direct outreach, networking, referrals, trade shows, industry events, and digital lead generation activities.
• Lead opportunities from qualification to proposal and closing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing to support launches and campaigns.
• Track and report on planning, market trends, and growth results.
