Service Corporation International is recruiting for a senior leadership role at our Mayaguez location. You will direct financial planning, operational excellence, and staff development to meet goals while upholding ethical standards.

You will oversee budgeting, expenditures, and compliance, while collaborating with Market Leadership and corporate departments to drive improvements and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual business plan and budget with Market Leadership.
• Monitor and achieve annual financial goals.
• Approve expenditures and invoices including overtime.
• Manage daily operations to ensure on-time services.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Company policies.
• Establish location goals and priorities.
• Communicate strategies and goals to staff.
• Develop and coach frontline supervisors.
• Collaborate with HR for recruiting and retention.
• Work with leadership to identify product, process, and technology needs.
• Maintain facilities and budgeting for repairs and upgrades.
• Drive customer satisfaction and online reviews.
