Service Corporation International in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Counselors and drive location sales quotas. You will oversee training, coaching, and the execution of programs that meet customer needs with a focus on compliance and quality service.

This role requires 3–5 years of sales leadership, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales management experience required.
• Experience supervising sales counselors and training staff is a plus.
• Driver’s license with good record; insurance license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Staff management and leadership of Sales Counselors.
• Meet and exceed location sales quotas.
• Provide ongoing sales instruction per training manuals and company policies.
• Manage aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, and closing skills.
• Oversee marketing programs tailored to community demographics and geography.
• Analyze competitor pricing and plan community events to generate prospects.
• Ensure compliance with HMIS, laws, and company policies.
• Prepare reports demonstrating financial controls.
