Job summary

Requirements include 1–2 years of sales management, in-home sales experience, CRM proficiency, and strong presentation skills. A high school diploma is required, with advanced education preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; advanced education preferred for continued career advancement.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Experience: Sales Management experience of 1–2 years required; prior revenue generating sales with a record of exceeding goals.
• CRM experience with ability to use CRM systems.
• Knowledge/Abilities: Able to present products with compassion and influence to consumers, strong communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to use databases for sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Generating: qualifies leads, schedules appointments, presents pre-need services and closes sales.
• Administrative: ensures contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and timely.
• Developing/achieving goals: establish annual sales goals and budget, monitor expenses, and approve time cards.
• People Development: coach and provide feedback, hire/promote, develop skills, and address issues.
• Community/brand: build relationships with organizations to grow brand presence.
