Job summary

Service Corporation International seeks an experienced Operations Executive to lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance against targets in a multi-location service environment. Canóvanas, PR will serve as a key hub for operations, financial governance, and service excellence.

You will manage day-to-day activities, drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Market Leadership and Corporate to deliver value to families and communities served.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plan and budget with local leadership and market goals.
• Monitor financial results and ensure expenditures align with budgets.
• Direct day-to-day operations to meet on-time service and client expectations.
• Lead and develop frontline supervisors; drive engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with Market Leadership and Corporate on needs and improvements.
