Qualifications

• Five years of industry experience with increasing responsibilities
• At least two years of people or project management
• Budgeting and expense control experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plans and budgets with Market Leadership
• Monitor and achieve annual financial goals; approve expenditures
• Oversee daily operations and ensure on-time services
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies
• Establish location goals and priorities
• Communicate company strategies and goals to staff
• Manage frontline supervisors' responsibilities and performance
• Collaborate with management on resources and improvements
• Work with leadership on product, process, and technology needs
• Maintain facilities and budget for repairs and maintenance
• Develop a strong, reliable team and conduct training/licensing
• Participate in community and promotional efforts
