Job summary
ServiceMaster Restore USA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for our facility cleaning and restoration services. You will drive new business, expand existing accounts, and build a high-performing sales team across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.
You will develop strategies, coach sales staff, prepare proposals, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoffs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales with 2–3 years in management.
- Proven success in B2B sales in facility services or related fields.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow cleaning contracts and restoration projects.
- Identify and close new business opportunities with property managers, directors, and owners.
- Lead and coach a team of sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations for service solutions.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless handoffs to operations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in facility maintenance and restoration services.
- Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
