Responsibilities

• Develops effective strategies to achieve corporate objectives at individual, rep, and regional levels.
• Ensures growth and maintenance of healthy customer relationships on behalf of Holt enterprise.
• Understands customer needs and builds win-win strategies.
• Hires, trains, and develops a high-performing sales team
• Allocates sales territories and assigns reps to optimize success.
• Meets with clients to assist with presentations, resolve concerns, and expand capabilities.
• Performs market analysis to identify customer needs and pricing strategies.
• Collaborates with Marketing to execute advertising and promotion plans.
• Represents company with trade associations and vendors for go-to-market strategy.
• Controls expenditures to meet budgetary objectives.
• Monitors competitive activity.
