Job summary

SITECH NorCal and SITECH Oregon are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive strategy, growth, and profitability for our construction technology business. You will lead a high-performing team, develop key manufacturer partnerships, and guide customers toward technology-enabled productivity.

You will own the sales strategy, annual plans, and performance, while expanding SITECH's presence in construction technology markets and managing a broad portfolio of technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field.
• At least 10 years of directly related sales experience in construction technology for earthmoving/heavy equipment.
• At least 5 years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to meet revenue, profitability, market share, and customer acquisition goals.
• Lead annual business plans and growth strategies for SITECH technology solutions portfolio.
• Identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs to shape long-term growth strategies.
• Analyze territory performance and forecast sales, inventory turns, and ROA.
